Saw this yesterday. Its as good as everyone says. Also very very creepy. The way you enter the exhibit is exactly like you are going on a ride or something at Ceder Point. There was almost a carnival like vibe going on underneath everything.

Cloud Gate -- aka The Bean

I have a really visceral response to this thing. It makes me grit my teeth and feel funny inside. She's "bean" under wraps while getting polished up (this is an old picture where she still has seams), and was recently unveiled. There's fences around so you can't get too close, but its truly going to be stunning. Behind schedule and over budget, but I don't care. Its amazing; it looks like its from another world.

6 Feet Under series finale

Jesus. I haven't watched too many episodes of this show, but this got to me. Damn you effective death montage!! I woke up a little sad thinking about it, and actually teared up a little on the way to work. I'm a pussy like that. Watch this even if you haven't watched the series.
