i know my smallest pair are a 27x34 from diesel.
i'm guessing scott's are the inverse: a 34x27 from bugle boy.

They actually have a special size called "Scott" that they produce.

i remember when I used to take scott to the mall in houghton to buy jeans.
we'd go to the brass buckle and buy bugle boy jeans. and then we'd go to "busy hands" and buy arts and crafts.
Son, I'll tell you something about your mother. She likes to be roughed up. Once, before you were born, she made me chase her with a sledge hammer. God, she f'd me good that night.
