Parsvotonasana

Taking about a 3/4 step, square the hips to the front of the mat and (optional reverse prayer position here) fold foreword leading with the heart (the effect of this is a flat back and open chest)
Literally translated, parsovotonasana means intense side stretch. This will seem odd since you will be feeling an intense hamstring stretch. However, the goal is to extend the sidebody and as said before, lead with the heart and chest open.
