For our youngin's, this lady is a legend. She was on "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" and her own spin-off, "Phyllis." She has won an Academy Award. And now she has the honor of winning the most Emmy's by an actress - 8 in all.She just won one over the weekend for her guest turn on "Malcolm in the Middle" -- and deservedly.

And lets not forget she is responsible for causing "The Facts of Life" to jump the shark, when she starred as the absent minded Beverly Ann Stickle, replacing Mrs. Garret, for its final two seasons.
You know as soon as she finishes drinking that keg she is gonna smash it against her forehead. Just like she did Pippa when the FOL series was over.
Aww, I wonder if she'll serve us some Ovaltine later.
