Mac Nerd Alert!!!
Okay, so I am a huge Mac dork, although I did not jump om the iPhone bandwagon. It's because I've been waiting for this:
It's the re-designed iMac and it has a 24" screen, built-in iSight camera, is made of glass and brushed aluminum, supa-dupa fast and the hard drive is 1-Terabyte. I don't even know how much that is, but it sounds like a LOT! And it's about $200 cheaper than the old model.
Sorry, I was bursting at the seams waiting for this to come out, and now it's all I can think about. I am such a nerd...

I ended up just getting the 24" with the standard 500GB HD, but I maxed out the memory to 4GB.
Luckily my company gets a corporate discount at the Apple store, so I saved a few sawbucks.

As someone who has used Windows, Linux (many distros), and OS X, I can say that OS X is far superior. Linux has a lot of promise and has made great strides, Windows has died. OS X is ready.
I love my PowerBook and desperately want a new MacBook Pro (though I'd be happy for one of those sexy new iMacs).
