This whole situation is startlingly racist. The girl in question's MOTHER and the girl herself both testified that she was pressing for the sex, not the other way around...but all because this boy wouldn't "shut up and take his medicine" by accepting a guilty plea, this judge went to town on him.
It's frightening.
The south is so backwards. "How backwards is it?" It is so backwards - that when you get a divorce you are still brother and sister.
