when your die-dee is full of piss. Like it would be a barrel of fun to hoola-hoop with a soaking diaper. On a side note - I had to go to #1 in the middle of the night last night and I kinda wished I had one of these on.

Yes it is a real ad, I received a copy of it in the mail, along with a coupon, if anyone needs it, I can probably dig it out of the trash for jew.
