Oh Tara! This pic was taken of her at Cannes. You know, the pretty place in France, where all the pretty people gather to watch films.
Tara has been having a rough time with her image as of late. So you'd think she would try to do a little damage control. A la Courtney Love in the late 90's. She could get out her best designer duds, bring along her stylist and really light the place up.
Or she could show up looking like Christmas trash.

I know it's just the coat, but Tara! Run, don't walk to get a new over-the-shoulder-boulder-holder! Yeah, drinkin' and being a slut is hard. We've all been there. But show some dignity! Or vagina. Whatever works for you.
