Actually (ahem - nerd moment here) it is an extra 33%.
You see, you HAD three people. You added one. The one new person is 1/3 of the old team, so you've ADDED 33% more than there used to be.
Now, if someone LEFT, that would be 25% LESS than it is now, which means we'd still have an extra 8% more than we did yesterday. Which means that ... wait ... what does it mean?
erm...
